Store Policies (Please read thoroughly prior to making purchases)
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and in effort to keep prices low, we, Party Cloz and Brides Dreams (DBA "Party Cloz & Bridal", or "Party Cloz" for short), issue the following policies:
Returns and Exchanges:
1- All sales are final. In general, purchased items cannot be returned, except the followings:
. For online and over the phone purchases: Items with incorrect style, color, or size sent from us.
. For online and over the phone purchases: Items with damages not caused by you. Notes: We are not responsible for damages due to shipping. For in-store purchases, please examine the items carefully, because once taken out of the store they are not refundable.
2- Most clearance sale items are non-refundable.
3- Shipping charge is non-refundable.
4- Exchanges (for the same style only) are acceptable if all conditions listed in #5 are satisfied.
5- All exchanges (and returns if applicable) must:
. Be accompanied by the receipts.
. Be within 15 days of the day shipped, or 3 days from when you received your purchases.
. Be approved before you send back to us.
. Be of original conditions (unused and have no sign of wear, clean, and undamaged), and with original product packaging (zipper bags, jewelry boxes, etc.) if any.
. Have all labels and tags attached.
1- In store purchases: We accept major credit cards, cash, and US money orders or cashier checks. Generally we do not take personal checks, but in some occasions they might be accepted with proper and sufficient identifications. Party Cloz reserves the right to refuse any check without giving explanations.
2- Online purchases: In general we accept only credit cards and US money orders or cashier checks. But if we make an exception and accept personal checks, we will not ship your purchases until the checks are cleared.
3- Bounced checks are subjected to bank fines and possibly additional fees.
1- Merchandise is sent using US Postal Service or UPS, without insurance. If you need insurance, please request it when placing your orders (insurance charge applied). Party Cloz is not responsible for shipping loss and/or damage.
2- Shipping time: We try our best to estimate the delivery date. But we are not responsible for unexpected issues, although very rarely, such as manufacture delays or shipping delays.
1- Special orders: Items not immediately available in store can be ordered, normally within 5 business days but can be up to 8 weeks. A minimum deposit of 1/2 of the price is required up front (although some special circumstances might be considered). Special orders cannot be cancelled or modified; if you cancel you will forfeit your deposit. We do not have direct control over the manufacturers, so if an item is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as we find out (normally within a few business days). In that case we will refund 100% of your deposit. If you do not fully pay for and pick up your orders within 6 months, they might be sold to other customers, and you may lose your deposit. So if you expect such situations, please notify us ASAP to make arrangements.
2- Layaways: For a prearranged period of time (usually within 4 weeks), we will keep an item aside for you while you pay in installments. If you do not fully pay within the agreed term, the item might be sold to other customers, and your payments may not be refunded. So if you expect such situations, please notify us ASAP to make arrangements.
3- Hold: One item per customer can be reserved for 1 day without payments.
4- Alteration: Although appointments are not required, we highly recommend you contact us ahead of time to make arrangement with our seamstress.
Shopliftings and Thefts:
1- A system of security and surveillance devices has been installed to detect shoplifters. Video and audio are recorded for use as evidence. Violators will be prosecuted.
1- No food or drink within the store. Food and drink can stain the clothing easily. If you (OR YOUR KIDS) carry foods or drinks, please ask the cashiers to temporarily keep them until you leave the store.
2- "You break it, you buy it!": You must pay for any item if stained or damaged by you (OR YOUR KIDS). So please pay attention, for example when trying on, if a dress feels tight, please do not force to zip up, but try the next larger size instead.
